Henry Chan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and a Certificate in Global Studies from the University of Saskatchewan. He has worked in finance, served as a Notary Public, and was a Parliamentary Assistant on Parliament Hill to a Member of Parliament and former Shadow Minister of International Development. He was the former co-director and current spokesman of Saskatchewan Stands with Hong Kong. He now sits on the board of the Canadian Coalition for a Foreign Influence Transparency Registry.
